Makanan Sejuk Beku (Frozen Food)

Frozen food

refers to foods stored at temperatures of minus 18°C and below, and which had been subjected to a quick-freezing process. It generally applies to foods that need to be kept at lower temperatures to prolong their shelf-life with minimal effect on their quality and freshness. The shelf-life of these products is about one year.
